If the MOGO Wiki Tools app crashes, freezes, or will not open, try these steps first.
Basic troubleshooting
- Close and reopen the app
- Restart your device
- Check your internet connection
- Install the latest app update
- Make sure your device has enough storage available
If the issue started after an update
Sometimes app updates, device updates, or temporary service issues can cause unexpected behavior. Check for another app update or try again later.
Reinstalling the app
If the app still will not open, uninstalling and reinstalling may help. Make sure you know which email address is connected to your MOGO Wiki account before doing this.
