Whether an order can be cancelled depends on its current status and whether fulfillment has already started.

Orders not yet processed

If your order is still pending and has not been started, we may be able to cancel it.

Orders already processing

If your order is already being processed, cancellation may not be possible.

Completed orders

Completed orders generally cannot be cancelled because the item or service has already been delivered.

How to request cancellation
