Updated Jun 2, 2026I Was Charged but Do Not Have Insider Access
If you were charged but do not see Insider access, the most common reason is that the subscription is linked to a different account or the purchase has not synced yet.
First steps
- Make sure you are signed in with the same email address used during checkout.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- Check whether you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, or the website.
App store purchases
If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, your subscription may need to sync with your MOGO Wiki account. Make sure you are using the latest app version.
Open a ticket
If access still does not appear, open a support ticket and include:
- Your MOGO Wiki account email
- Where you subscribed: Apple, Google Play, or website
- A screenshot of your receipt
- The approximate purchase date
