How to Contact Support About an Order

Including the right details helps our team review your order faster.

Please include

  • Your order number
  • Your MOGO Wiki account email
  • The item or sticker involved
  • Your Monopoly GO! username, if relevant
  • Your invite link or friend code, if relevant
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Screenshots, if available

Good ticket example

Order #12345 says completed, but I do not see the sticker in my Monopoly GO! account. I ordered [Sticker Name]. My MOGO Wiki account email is [email protected]. Here is a screenshot of the album page.

Avoid duplicate tickets

Opening multiple tickets for the same order can slow down review. Please reply to your existing ticket instead of creating a new one.

Be respectful

We understand order issues can be frustrating, but abusive or threatening messages may be closed without a response.
