How to Redeem a Code in the MOGO Wiki Tools App

Steps to Redeem a Code

1. Open the app on your device
2. Make sure you’re logged in to your account
3. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner of the Home screen
4. Select “Store” from the menu
5. Scroll down to the section labeled “Redeem Code”
6. Enter your code in the box and tap “Redeem”

If the code is valid and eligible, your reward will be applied immediately!

Troubleshooting

If your code doesn’t redeem successfully, here are some common reasons:

1. The code is expired

Some codes are only valid for a limited time. Double-check the promo period or event details.

2. You’re not eligible for this code

Certain codes are account-specific, such as giveaway rewards or personalized wheel spins. If the code wasn’t meant for your account, it won’t work.

3. The code has reached its limit
