If you purchased a sticker but do not see it in Monopoly GO!, please check a few things before opening a ticket.
First checks
- Make sure you are checking the correct Monopoly GO! account
- Restart Monopoly GO!
- Confirm the order is marked as completed
- Check whether the sticker was delivered through a trade or friend interaction
- Make sure your delivery details were correct
If your order is still pending or processing
The sticker may not have been delivered yet. Pending and processing orders are still in progress.
If your order says completed
Open a support ticket and include:
- Your order number
- The sticker name
- Your MOGO Wiki account email
- A screenshot of the relevant album/set in Monopoly GO!
- Any screenshots showing the issue
Important
We can review MOGO Wiki order records, but we cannot access Scopely systems or directly inspect your Monopoly GO! account.
