My Account Won't Connect

If your Monopoly GO! account will not connect, there are a few things you can try before opening a support ticket.

Check for common issues

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of the MOGO Wiki Tools app.
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable.
  • Close and reopen the app.
  • Try signing out and signing back in.
  • Wait a few minutes and try again.

App or game changes

Sometimes Monopoly GO! changes how account data works. When this happens, connected account features may temporarily stop working until we update our tools.
