Completed orders
Orders that have already been delivered or fulfilled are generally not eligible for refunds.
Pending or unavailable orders
If an order cannot be fulfilled, our team may cancel the order or review the situation for an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect information
Orders delayed or affected by incorrect delivery information may require additional review. Always double-check your invite link, friend code, username, and item selection before submitting an order.
