Why Did a Reward Link Not Work?

Reward links may not work for every player or every account.

Common reasons

• The link expired
• You already claimed the reward
• Scopely disabled the link
• Your account is not eligible for that reward
• Monopoly GO! is having a temporary issue
• The link opened in the wrong browser or app context

MOGO Wiki does not control reward links

Reward links are controlled by Scopely. MOGO Wiki Tools tracks and shares links, but we cannot make a link work, extend its expiration, or manually grant the reward.

Try these steps

• Make sure Monopoly GO! is installed on your device
• Try opening the link on the device where you play Monopoly GO!
• Make sure you are signed in to the correct Monopoly GO! account
• Close and reopen the game, then try again
