Exclusive: Monopoly GO!’s Next Album Is… Harry Potter GO!
Everything we’ve discovered so far from the newly-found public asset files.
The magic is officially coming to Monopoly GO! We’ve dug through the newly updated public asset files - and what we found is HUGE: the next full sticker album will be a Harry Potter–themed crossover, and it is massive.
That’s right: an entire “Harry Potter GO!” album is on the way, complete with iconic characters, Hogwarts-themed boards, magical partner events, and more collectibles than we’ve ever seen in a single season.
Here’s everything we know so far 👇
A Fully Magical Album: Harry, Hermione, Ron & More
The assets show dozens of references to characters from across the movies and books - including Harry, Hermione, Ron, and many other instantly recognizable Wizarding World favorites.
Based on how these albums work, we can expect each sticker set to represent scenes, moments, artifacts, magical creatures, and iconic items from the franchise. Think spells, flying broomsticks, magical beasts, and fan-favorite moments.
This is easily one of the largest and most ambitious themed albums Scopely has ever produced.
New Events: Wizarding World Style
Several new partner events appear to be in the works, including:
- Wizarding World Partners
A magical twist on traditional Partner Events - likely with house-themed visuals and Hogwarts-inspired attractions.
And even more magical racer events are coming to Monopoly GO!
- 🏎️ Hogwarts Racers
- 🏦 Gringotts Racers
- 🏆 Quidditch Racers
And, of course, Harry Potter-themed treasure hunts are headed our way:
- Hogwarts Treasures
Expect magical chests, glowing keys, wand sparkles, and maybe even Sorting Hat animations.
New League Season: Aboard the Hogwarts Express
One of the most exciting finds: a brand new league season themed entirely around the Hogwarts Express.
This could include:
- Hogwarts Express themed train
- themed banners
- unique leaderboard frames
This may be one of the most visually impressive league seasons so far.
New Tokens, Shields, Dice & More
As always, a new album means tons of new collectibles - and these look especially cool.
From what we can see in the files, players will be getting:
- New tokens (likely house mascots, wands, potions, owls, etc.)
- New shields (House crests?)
- Themed dice - possibly glowing, magical, or spell-infused
- House-specific Prize Drops for Gryffindor, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, and Ravenclaw
If Scopely leans into full house representation, this could be one of the most immersive crossovers the game has ever had.
New Limited Boards
Just like the Cozy Comforts and prior seasonal boards, this album will include fully themed, limited-time boards:
- Hogwarts
- Diagon Alley
- Hogsmeade
These appear to have unique decorations, special animations, and custom board configurations.
This is a huge deal for decoration collectors and cosmetic completionists.
This Might Be the Biggest Crossover in Monopoly GO! History
Albums already drive massive player engagement - but combining Monopoly GO! with one of the biggest global fandoms ever?
That’s the kind of event that brings everyone back to grinding, trading, and pushing for completion.
