How to Play Bart's Treasures

Collect Pickaxes from tournaments, milestone events, Quick Wins, and free gifts. Use one Pickaxe to clear a normal tile and reveal the treasure pieces hidden underneath. Stubborn tiles take two hits, so their cracked first layer still needs another Pickaxe. Exploding critters clear nearby tiles and can remove a layer from stubborn tiles. Finish every treasure shape on a board to collect its completion reward and advance.

Bart's Treasures Tips

Start around the edges when a large treasure can only fit in a few positions. Use revealed empty tiles to rule out impossible placements, and prioritize exploding critters when their blast can uncover several unknown tiles or crack stubborn ones.

The minimum shown for each level is the base number of Pickaxes needed to uncover every treasure tile. Misses and stubborn tiles can increase your total, while exploding critters may reduce it.

Where do Pickaxes come from? Pickaxes are available from milestone events, tournaments, Quick Wins, free gifts, and other limited-time rewards while the Dig event is active.

What are stubborn tiles? Stubborn tiles have two layers and require two hits. The first hit cracks the tile and the second clears it.

What do exploding critters do? When uncovered, an exploding critter clears nearby tiles and removes one layer from any stubborn tile in its blast area.

What happens to unused Pickaxes? Unused Pickaxes are converted after the event. The exact conversion shown in this guide comes directly from the current event configuration.
