This policy explains how TS Digital Solutions LLC, a United States company operating as Playweave ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and discloses personal information through playweave.com, playweave.net, monopolygo.wiki, MOGO Wiki Tools, MOGO Wiki Render Studio, the MOGO Wiki mobile app, and our other services that link to this policy (the "Services").

Information we collect and why
The information we collect depends on the features you use:
- Account and profile information: email address, login and authentication information, account identifiers, username, profile images, biography, preferences, and linked-account details. We use this to create and secure your account, provide your profile, and connect your access across our Services.
- Connected-game information: game account and player identifiers, profile details, information needed to maintain the connection, device information, and game data such as inventory, progress, rewards, activity, and interactions with other players. We use this to connect and synchronize your game account and provide the tools you request, including background synchronization when enabled. Game data can include other players' identifiers, profiles, and interactions supplied by the game or its users.
- Community and support information: posts, comments, messages, uploads, follows, trades, ratings, reports, and support correspondence. We use this to operate community features, facilitate trades and communications, answer requests, and address abuse.
- Purchase and reward information: subscription status, purchase and transaction records, payment-provider identifiers, points, rewards, referrals, and fulfillment details. We use this to provide purchases and benefits, fulfill orders, and handle billing, fraud, and disputes. Payment details are handled by payment providers and app stores; we receive information needed to administer your purchase.
- Technical and usage information: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device details, installation and advertising identifiers, notification delivery information, activity and diagnostic records, referral information, and cookie or similar identifiers. We use this to deliver and secure the Services, send notifications, remember choices, diagnose problems, measure use and referrals, and support advertising as described below. Where enabled, we record email delivery, opens, and link clicks, and which new features you are offered and how you use them to evaluate our communications and improve the Services.
We obtain information from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from connected games, login providers, payment providers, app stores, and other users. We also use relevant records to comply with law and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Information necessary for an account, purchase, or connected feature must be provided to use that feature.
When information is disclosed
We disclose relevant information to providers that support hosting and storage, authentication, payments and order fulfillment, email and notifications, customer support, security, diagnostics, and analytics. We also exchange information with services you connect or direct us to use.
Support staff may use AI tools to help investigate and respond to requests. Staff redact personal identifiers before sharing support material with these tools.
Your public profile, public contributions, and information displayed through community or game-finding features are visible to other users according to the feature and available settings. Messages and trade information are shared with their recipients. Recipients can retain or copy information you share.
Advertising providers receive information as described below. We may also disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or threats to rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business. Third-party services may process information under their own privacy policies.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
We and our providers use cookies, local storage, app technologies, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure use, and deliver and measure advertising. Providers include Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Publift and its consent platform and advertising partners, and Google Ad Manager and AdMob where enabled. The mobile app also uses Crashlytics for crash diagnostics and RevenueCat to manage purchases and subscriptions.
Advertising partners may collect device and online identifiers, IP address, approximate location, and browsing or app activity, including across other websites and apps, to select and measure ads. This can constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising under applicable law.
On MOGO Wiki's website, open Privacy choices to manage analytics and Advertising choices to open the advertising provider's controls. Account-level Product improvement settings separately control optional measurement of how you use new features where available. Use the app's available advertising privacy controls and your device's privacy settings for mobile advertising. Choices may be specific to a browser, device, or account.
Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads. Contextual or limited ads can still involve IP transmission and limited storage for fraud prevention. Our website uses Global Privacy Control when setting initial first-party analytics preferences. Advertising choices are handled separately through the advertising provider's controls. Our first-party collection does not change in response to browser Do Not Track signals, which are different from Global Privacy Control.

Connected social-media accounts
If you connect a social-media account, we receive the account information and permissions you authorize. For TikTok, this includes your account identifier and profile name, the permissions you grant, and the credentials needed to maintain the connection. We use this information to identify the connected account and provide the features you request.
When you choose to send a video to TikTok, we share the selected video and information needed to deliver it to that account. Draft uploads require you to finish editing and publishing in TikTok. Connecting your account does not itself publish content.
You can disconnect a supported account using available controls or revoke access directly through the social-media service. Disconnecting does not remove videos already sent to or published on that service. Contact us at [email protected] to request deletion of information we retain about your connection. TikTok and other social-media services handle information they receive under their own privacy policies.
Retention
We retain personal information for the time needed for the purposes described in this policy, considering the duration of your account or connected feature, the nature of the information, and applicable legal obligations. We aim to complete account-deletion requests within 30 days, subject to identity verification and applicable legal requirements. Some transaction, reward, support, and security records may remain where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the rights of others. Backup copies may remain after information is removed from active systems; account deletion does not mean every backup copy is immediately erased.
Your choices and rights
You can update available account and profile details, change notification and privacy settings, and disconnect supported integrations. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link; necessary service messages may continue.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction or deletion of, or a portable copy of your personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing lawfully performed before withdrawal. You may exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination.
Use available account controls or email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity and, where relevant, an authorized agent's authority. If a request is denied, you may contact that address to appeal where applicable. You may also complain to your local privacy regulator, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the supervisory authority in your EEA country.
International processing and regional information
Our data is hosted in the United States. Processing by our service providers may also occur in other countries, whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.
For processing subject to UK or EEA data-protection law, we rely on performance of our contract to provide requested accounts, tools, purchases, and communications; legitimate interests in securing and maintaining the Services, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, and improving performance where permitted; consent for optional tracking and marketing where required; and legal obligations for required recordkeeping and disclosures. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Children
The Services are intended for people aged 13 and older, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. They are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact [email protected] so we can investigate and delete information where required.
Changes
We will post updates on this page and change the effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent for changes when required by law.
