Effective date: September 17, 2026
These terms apply to MOGO Wiki, MOGO Wiki Tools, MOGO Wiki Render Studio, and related websites and apps that link to these terms (the “Services”). The Services are operated by TS Digital Solutions LLC, a United States company operating as Playweave (“we”, “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who can use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required by applicable law. If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these terms. You must have authority to use any account you connect or manage for another person or organization.
Your account and connected services
Provide accurate account information, protect your login details, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for your use of the Services and for actions you authorize through your account.
Some features require you to connect a game, social-media, or other third-party account. Use only accounts you are authorized to access, and follow the third party’s rules. Connecting an account gives us the permissions you grant to provide the requested feature. You can use available disconnect controls or revoke access with the third party.
Third parties control their own services and may change their features, permissions, or availability. We cannot guarantee continued compatibility or that a third party will approve or maintain access to your account. Review the terms and privacy policies of services you connect.
Fair and lawful use
Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate others, harass or threaten people, distribute malicious software, or share information you do not have permission to share. Do not misuse rewards, manipulate trades or ratings, spam others, disrupt the Services, or attempt to bypass access controls or security protections.
Follow any additional rules displayed for a community, promotion, or feature. We may investigate reported misuse and restrict content or access as described below.
Community content and trades
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give us permission to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content as needed to operate the features you use, including sharing it with the audience you select. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us. You must have the rights and permissions needed for your submissions.
Public contributions may be visible to others, and recipients can copy or retain content you share. Removing content from our Services does not necessarily remove copies held by other people or platforms. We may retain records where needed for legal obligations, safety, or disputes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Trades and interactions between users are their responsibility. We provide tools to help people connect, but do not guarantee another user’s identity, conduct, inventory, or completion of a trade. Report suspected abuse through the available reporting or support tools.
Videos and social-media features
Review generated graphics, videos, captions, dates, and rewards before sharing them. You are responsible for having permission to use the images, music, trademarks, and other material in your content, and for any required advertising or other disclosures.
Connecting a social-media account does not itself publish a video. Where sending or publishing is available, review the destination account and content before authorizing that action. Sending a draft to TikTok requires you to finish editing and publishing in TikTok. A successful upload does not guarantee publication, reach, or continued availability.
Disconnecting an account does not delete content already sent to or published on another platform. Use that platform’s controls to manage that content.
Purchases and subscriptions
Prices, included benefits, billing periods, and any recurring charges are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the terms shown at checkout unless you cancel through the service or app store that manages your subscription. Canceling generally stops the next renewal; the purchase terms and applicable law determine when access ends and whether a refund is due.
Deleting a MOGO Wiki account may not cancel a subscription managed by an app store or another provider. Check and cancel those subscriptions separately. Your mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cancellation or refund rights, are not limited by these terms.
Rewards and promotional benefits are subject to the conditions shown for the relevant offer. Availability and eligibility may depend on the game or another provider. We do not guarantee that an offer will remain available or that a game will grant a particular reward.
Our content and third-party brands
The Services and our original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Services for their intended purposes, but these terms do not give you ownership of our software, branding, or other protected material. Content owned by other parties remains theirs.
MOGO Wiki is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Scopely or Hasbro. MONOPOLY and related marks belong to their respective owners. References to games or other products identify the subjects of our tools and content.
Availability, accuracy, and responsibility
We work to provide useful and accurate Services, but game data, schedules, offers, and third-party features can change. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any particular result from using a tool, guide, or generated video. To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available without additional warranties beyond those we expressly make.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Restrictions, account closure, and changes
We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address violations of these terms, protect users or the Services, comply with law, or respond to security concerns. Where appropriate and permitted, we will explain the action and provide a way to contact support. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion through available account controls or our support team.
We may change the Services and these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date. We will provide additional notice or request agreement where required for material changes. Changes do not take away rights that have already accrued or apply retroactively to a dispute where prohibited by law.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and the choices available to you.
